Beef Stew - Shelisa

2 pounds beef chuck, cubed
4 red potatoes, cubed
1 12 oz. package frozen peas and carrots
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream soup (mushroom or celery are best)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Thaw. Cook in crockpot on low for 7-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
